My main residence has been fully renovated with 5 bedrooms divided into two self contained areas: 3 king bed + 2 bathroom + kitchen (both with double showers and main with bathtub) 1 king bed + 2 x single + 1 bathroom + Kitchen I'm furnished with designer MCM House furniture and for outdoor indulgence including my Beefeater BBQ for all your culinary delights, you'll find my outdoor shower the perfect place to rinse off after a day at the beach. I am immersed in natural bushland with wildlife. You'll greet kangaroos at your doorstep, and wake up to the musical choir of all sorts of birdlife. The owners of Marlu House have a separate business building tiny homes called LITIL (www.litilhouse.com.au). A display home is setup approx. 100m from the house where there may be the occasional private inspection with potential purchasers. For all outdoor adventures there's a level walk through National Park to Callala Beach and to the aqua blue waters of Currambene Creek. Explore your adventurous side and go canoeing, kayaking, or drop your boat in for exploring the hidden coves and inlets around Jervis Bay marine park, seriously the water is insane!
